Wilton Cake Classes

There are 4 Wilton Cake Classes offered at Michael's and each runs once a week for 4 weeks. Here is the breakdown: 

Course #1: The Basics

• Buttercream decorating basics

Course #2: Flowers and Borders

• Royal Icing Flowers and Basket-weave Border

Course #3: Fondant and Tiered Cakes

• More Royal Icing flowers, Fondant Basics, Stacking Cakes

Course #4: Fondant and Gumpaste

• Gumpaste Flowers, Fondant Techniques

Each class is 2 hours in length and each course costs about $20 plus supplies.
